Many thanks for your letter and for sending along the Bosch plugs.

With regard to your query about exhaust valve sticking, I have had a talk with the Aero people who say there will certainly be an improvement if you nitride the stems. They add, however, that it is most important that in the full open position of the valve the nitriding does not extend below the valve guide. They are using un-nitrided KE.965 valves running in alum-bronze guides. They have also given me the attached sketch showing the latest practice in valve seats and materials which they think will be useful to you.
