Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} D/L22/T28.1.24

Please note that this car has been licenced all along as a grey car although the colour of its body has been changed to brown. We have not been notified of this and the discrepancy which is an offence against the Licencing regulation has been found by the Police. We have now had the matter put right.

Mr.Warwick said he had the licence altered about July last by the Licencing Authorities but there is no evidence of this at the Licencing Office, in fact they do not alter them but issue new ones and this they should not do unless the Registration Book is produced.
