40/50 CHASSIS.

X.4390 PRIMING TAP FOR STARTING. X.2758

In the event of failing to obtain a start on the 40/50 chassis with the new equipment there is no rprovision for priming by hand, so as to obtain a hand start, except removing the sparking plugs from the cylinders.

Mr. Royce thinks we might fit a priming tap on the induction pipe to cover this point. If you think this is necessary, perhaps you would have time to put on on chassis 6.EX.
