A.E.ROBERTS. 25-0-VI PROGRAMME. 5.8.31. Check speedometer. Obtain 100% slow running and good idling. Fit latest ignition coil. Set sparking plugs at .030" gap and note any alteration in gap and mileage. After obtaining slow running set tappets at .004" inlet and .006" exhaust and again note both slow running and any tendency of engine stalling when starting off. Log all engine periods. Obtain impression of clutch operation. Car then to be put into fitting for additional inertia on flywheel. Take note of this car for overoiling and check oil flow to rocker shaft.
