With reference to DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}4/M28.4.28 - attached.

If the 10" lever mentioned in this note gives a reasonable side steering tube and clearances, it will be policy to bring it in as soon as possible in spite of the fact that R.{Sir Henry Royce} signed the sheet for the 9.5" lever.
