SLIPPER WHEEL FABRICS.

We have had trouble in service due to corrosion between the fabrics and the slipper wheel when a car has been allowed to stand. The suggestion has been made that this is due to Chlorine in the fabric.

Will you please take the matter up with the Laboratory and let us have your recommendations.
