RE 40/50 H.P. ENGINE ALTERED TO OVERHEAD VALVES.
With reference to your memo WOR{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}4/M26/9/21, would you kindly note that Mr. Royce would like you to send one of the quantity of the valves of which you have 2932 in the Shops partly machined, and also one of the valves of which you have 2371 in the Stores partly machined.
It is desired to see if we can turn these valves down to the smaller size required for the overhead gear.
E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
