I am sending you herewith copy of a letter on head lamps received from the above people. I wish Mr. Pope to supply the sample head lamps to Mr. Clarke in the Experimental Department in order that same may be submitted to Mr. Hives for his criticism. Kindly note that as they have not been paid for and have been supplied as samples, great care should be taken of same as we can return them if they were undamaged if we did not care to retain them.
