Expl.,Dept. XH4038 He/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/MJ. July 18th,1929. Major Searight, Claudel-Hobson Ltd., 47-55, Acton Vale, London, W.3. Dear Sir, We have today wired you to send out to Handcock our representative in France, a tank unit and Triple Air Line for KS 180 P. We found on return to the Works that we had only a dash board unit in stock and rather than strip an Air Line off a car which would probably mean damaging the nipples, we should prefer that Handcock had new material to work with. We regret having to trouble you in this manner, but know that you will appreciate the urgency of the job. Yours faithfully, | ||
