Phantom III Engine Stay and Clutch Casing.

We send herewith N.Sch.4913 showing the replacement of bolts by studs for the rear housing on the clutch casing, and for the front end of the engine stay.

The stay is held in place by spring washers as shown by N.Sch.4768.

The object of this modification is to reduce cost.

A print has been sent to Sft.{Mr Swift} and detailing should be held up until it is known whether this scheme is satisfactory from the cost point of view.

E/HDY.{William Hardy}

N.Sch.4913 herewith.
