Have you got any convenient sketch or detailed
drawing which shows the driving of our brake servo from
the transmission shaft?

If you have, I should be very glad if you could
let me have a copy and, if not, could you let me know the
successive reductions in the two gears through which the
speed is reduced.

I understand also that these gears are
placed the other way round in the American R.R. Is this
the case?
