Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 35-EX. PHANTOM III. The steering has been improved for absence of joggles when cornering by the fitting of side steering tube springs sent from Derby. It is better than standard Phantom III. CLUTCH. The engagement of the clutch is good. If production remained as good as this, there would be no complaints. GEARBOX CHANGE. Good standard. quietness of third good. REAR AXLE. Good condition, no complaint. TRANSMISSION. Very slight rattle at times. ENGINE. Rough period 3500 not good.
