Dear Mr. Robotham,

I am writing to advise you that I have received a letter from Mr. Melville, the Managing Director of the India Tyre and Rubber Company at Inchinnan, in which he advises me that he has instructed his Works Manager - Mr. Paul Worth - to communicate with you about the 10th instant for the purpose of making an appointment to visit Derby in order to discuss with you your requirements for balance.

I hope you will be able to spare him some of your valuable time, and that his visit may be to our mutual benefit.

Thanking you in anticipation,

Yours very truly,
S.G. Harnes
