S. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Kingsbury June 4th 37 Phantom III. Starter Motor The complaint of starter motor failures due to damaged flywheel teeth has died a natural death. Since the attention to the starter motor production Cricklewood have had one or two more cases of the armature fouling the pole pieces. In my opinion there is no need to change the design.
