We should be pleased if you could supply us with the following parts at your earliest convenience :-

(1) EAC. cylinder blocks with the thicker section trunks.
When these are ready they could be tried on engine R.E.25. No.5. Test House.
Before fitting however, it would be necessary to check each piston and they should be within the limits given on drawing - on no account should they be under size. The cylinder bores should of course be to size. If any bore is large, then the piston should be adjusted to it.

(2) EAC. Engine with the hand scraped bearings.
Plain concentric rings fitted to a set of 'pedestal' pistons in conjunction with the other set of cyls. with the stiffer skirts should be used on this engine.
A test bed will be available for it about Thursday night.

(3) Goshawk 11-G-11.
As soon as this engine is ready, we will substitute it for the one at present in use in No.5. Test House.
