HYDRAULIC SHOCK DAMPERS. X235-

We find that in a number of cases we
require a much greater low pressure loading than we are
able to get with the springs available.

The strongest spring we have F.5169 gives
90/100 lbs. at the end of a 7.5" lever, and we require 140 to
150 lbs. in the extreme cases.

Could you look into the matter, and if
it is impossible to fit a spring of this strength at present,
alter the piston so that this could be effected.

SIDE STEERING TUBE SPRINGS.

We have at present only one type of spring
for the side steering tube you give with N.sch.2301. We
should like springs of 2000/2500 rating to supplement F.76267
for use on special cars such as 10-EX.
