COPY. S/W - Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} S. copy to Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} Bs{A J. Barnes - Assistant Manager}13/JL.4.8.37. Car No. GAE-20. Ex Experimental. We are advised by Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} that this car has been handed over to the Repair Department for preparation prior to sale. The car has a number of experimental features at present fitted, and it is of course desirable that the chassis should be made as near standard as possible before it is offered. Will you kindly let us know what work you must undertake to bring the chassis to standard production, at the same time giving the approximate cost. We should, in addition, like to know to what series the chassis will approximate when you have finished your work, and also when you think it can be available for delivery. Bs.{A J.
