SPRINGS 40/50.
RE USE OF GAITERS. BJ2/H20722.

Whilst we all agree gaiters are most desirable it is considered the full advantage of a constant and fairly low coefficient of friction between springs is only obtained when in addition spring dampers of an easily adjustable type like "Hartfords" are also fitted.

The price of £3.15.0. does not include fitting of gaiters.

The spring movement dampers considerably improve the action of the brakes and minimise "chunking" in the drive.
