We understand that the lagging of the Bentley silencer recently standardised will not be fitted until after 'DG' series. This modification adds very materially to the silence of the Bentley, and some finished cars which were recently tried in London were very noticeably objectionable in this respect. Unless there is some particular difficulty we should like the modification to be brought in on 'DG' series. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
