(19) Serrated rollers and wearing plate between rear springs and axle.
(20) Lightened rear brake drums, ribs have been turned off and dampers fitted similar to those used on 20 HP.
(21) Special Ferodo material used, fitted to all brakes to reduce squeaks.
(22) Modified hubs front and rear.
(23) Wheels with well base rims.
(24) 6.75" section tyres.
(25) Pedestal type pistons with reduced circumferential slots, plain concentric rings.
(26) Duralumin rocker pedestals.
(27) New key type tappets E.74453/4.
(28) Tubular bronze push rods E.73540.
(29) Modified water pump gland to Sch.751.
(30) Oil relay arranged to R's latest instructions with lighter springs.
(31) Oil relief valve unit Lec.2222.
This unit was completed before we received R's instructions that it was to be modified. We consider that it would be useful to obtain some experience with this type of relief valve until the modified design is ready.
(32) Dynamo with narrower brushes.
(33) Distributor - grey fibre rubbing block, stainless steel sparking points.
(34) Automatic switch with rigid contacts.
(35) Ballast resistance, increased length of wire.
(36) Coil - finer primary winding fitted in a Redmanol case.
(37) Lucas magneto.
(38) Maconite high tension cable.
(39) Elliott Ammeter.
