With the alteration in our methods of testing, we have been reviewing the troubles we have had in the past some of which have not been found out on these tests, and summarising them in the form of a suggested questionnaire which might be answered relative to each component. Attached is a summary of the results. Obviously such tests cannot be rigid in nature, but it is rather useful to have this information on hand when there are any new parts to be tested.
