28.3.23.

X.4279 - Larger Armature - Watford Magneto.

Magneto to give better slow running.

This magneto (Type EL06 - No.5504) was fitted
to 4.EX on the 2.2.23. It has run 1,859 miles.

There is a noise in the magneto which comes
from the sleeves. It has got too bad to continue to
run it.

Slow running has been very good - a speed of
4 m.p.h. being maintained - it is also very good on
acceleration, and for easy starting.

The magneto has been returned to Mr. Clark.
