Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 4th September, and are glad to note that you were able to replace the Pump on the car belonging to the King of Siam.

With regard to the letter you received from Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited on the 28th August, I took the matter up with them on my return and received the following explanation -

"In regard to the attached letter, unfortunately one of the holiday Staff who received the application was under the impression that a Spare Parts Catalogue was wanted and replied to the effect that we had not published one which, of course, is correct.

I received a further letter from O.D. Cars on my return and on realising what had happened, 'phoned Sales Dept. who undertook to send them the necessary catalogues at once. This matter, therefore, has now been put in order."

I trust that the matter is now in order, but if there is anything further I can do for you in the matter I shall be glad if you will let me know.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
