The following is a Cablegram received from Mr. Grylls in the U.S.A. :- "Twelve smoother all conditions than orthodox Vee Eight but Eight can be made very good by flywheel flexible both laterally and torsionally. Think latter obtainable and worth while because up to date features. Zephyr rough because inch compression crankshaft deflections and engine tie rods for torque tube thrust.
