X360 W/S - Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} c. to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/KW.25.11.35. 34-EX. Replying to Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}3/KW.19.11.35. We have brought 33-EX car up to the standard of the one running in France, but so far are disappointed with the results. We have got one or two phenomena which were not noticeable on Hancock's car and we have got to get these right. As soon as we can see a possible date for * delivery we will let you know. 35-EX is now in pieces, being modified. It is almost certain, therefore, that you will have to carry on with 34-EX chassis for the time being, and it will not be possible to change cars over on the 28th.
