FROM DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Copy to HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} INDIA 3. BACK END. Herewith we send N. sch. 2754. giving illustrations of the alternative arrangements of the rear end which we are proposing. It will be seen that we suggest two wheels at the back, one wheel at the back either upright or sloping, in combination with a luggage grid. As far as we have investigated up to the moment we think there are two wheel carriers and one luggage grid, and with the combinations so obtained we think we shall be able to satisfy everybody. The designs for these are following immediately. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
