TESTS IN FRANCE: I have received from Chateauroux this afternoon a letter stating that one rear spring and one front spring were found broken after Saturday morning's run - also the steering support from crankcase to frame - they have been able to weld this up and have changed the springs and state that the car is runable on-ce more. Harvey and Thornhill have been kept back for any further trouble that may arise whilst CWB. is running the car. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} | ||
