x15 Re Dunlop Detachable Wheel. Mr Nadin 22-1-13 TBB10/L22113 With reference to the sample wheel you sent to me for inspection. I find this is apparently a dummy wheel with no bearings fitted and consequently its oil-retaining ability-is not shown. I think an important point in connection with this particular wheel is the shortness of the axial distance between the conical seat and the cylindrical locating portion of the hub. Also I think the conical seat if produced should pass through the centre of the cylindrical portion as per sketch The axial distance between the two locating surfaces mentioned above could be increased by flattening the conical portion of the outer hub; if there are no objections to it I think this conical portion should be | ||
