Bentley Starting Handle and Bumper Bar.

Referring to E.2/HP.7.12.34, we had already pushed the bumper further out and dropped it, and the official scheme is on the way with these modifications.

Experimental Department profess themselves satisfied with the clearance provided, but a car will be ready early next week fitted up for trial. We have now investigated the proposal to joggle the bumper springs in the plan view, but are letting it stand by pending the result of the above trial.
