ITEM. DESIGN POSITION.

BENTLEY CHASSIS.

Oil filter for auto adjusting tappets (to suit Halford tappets) Abandoned.
Centrally mounted radiator and front wings. In hand.
Slipper flywheel with solid centre. Put aside.
Halford Self Adjusting Tappets. Abandoned.
Locking Device - water drain tap. Put aside.
Two way ignition switch. Put aside.
Radius rod to front axle. Completed.
Radius rod to front axle, lubrication of anchorage bracket and front end of rod. Completed.
Radius rod to front axle, offside rear shackle for front spring. Completed.
Radius rod to front axle, nearside rear shackle for front spring. Completed.
Mod. to front brake pull off springs - to prevent them becoming disconnected after initial assembly. Completed.
20/25 HP. Dynamo fitted to Bentley engine. In hand.
Spring loaded valves for damper governor pump. In hand.
Disc type flywheel and clutch. Completed.
Alternative schemes for preventing oil leaking from rear axle on to brake drums. Completed.
