Dear Sirs,

In reply to your letter of the 5th inst., reference HCT/RD., we gather that at present you have not enough confidence in the "Satco" metal to line the set of main bearing shells we have sent you.

This being the case, we should be pleased if you would line them with Z.3.,as these will be most useful to us in continuing our tests.
