Your Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/NRC{N. R. Chandler}7/JH.11.8.37.

We note that you would like us to continue sending you reports when we fit the long type clutch plate, and we are arranging to do this as and when the plates are fitted.

We regret we omitted to report the plate fitted to Seymour Berry, the reason being that this plate did not pass through our Stores but was sent direct from Experimental Department and fitted under their supervision.

We note you quote 3-AX-62 for this chassis, actually the number is 3-AZ-62.

We hope you will be able to keep your promise to let us have three more of these plates by the week-end, as we still have several complaints outstanding of jaggering clutches.
