We attach copies of the following memos (reports), which we think will be of interest to you.

You will observe that the original memos were sent to Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}, Works, because the work which we are undertaking and have undertaken to the cars in question is, to a certain extent, repair work, with the exception of B.8.GA.

1 - Sr/VA4/ET.14.9.36 - Chassis B.5.AE - Mr. Mamé -
(attached to this memo is a sheet showing the clearances between the main and big-end bearings and the measurements of the crankshaft main and crankpin journals, etc..)

2 - Sr/VAI/ET.17.9.36 - Chassis B.5.AE - Mr. Mamé.

3 - Sr/VA4/ET.16.9.36 - Chassis B.66.EF - Mr. Gratry.
(attached to this memo is a sheet showing the clearances between the main and big-end bearings and the measurements of the crankshaft, main and crankpin journals, etc..)

4 - Sr/VA3/ET.16.9.36 - Chassis B.5.AE , B.66.EF & B.8.GA.

Concerning Sr.'s conversation with you on the telephone yesterday evening, he has requested me to send you a copy of his memo to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}, viz Sr1/ET.4.9.36 and Sr3/Crn.8.9.36.

As we have no further spare copies of the above mentioned memos, will you kindly arrange to show them to "E" (please refer to paragraph 2 of page 3 of Sr.'s memo to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}).

Sr/VA.
