4009. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW.{Ivan M. Waller - Head of Chateauroux} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/R.4.8.39. We hope that you are sending back the various tyres, the treads of which have been thrown on your tests. We are more interested in the general suitability of the body than in some of these tyre results obtained under extreme conditions, and regard it as imperative that the car should have a satisfactory ventilation system. We presume that Paulin is working on this, and that as soon as it is available you will take the car into Van Voorens to get it modified and check up on results.
