DWS PERMANENT JACKS. DONALD SESSIONS & COMPANY LTD. 906. HARROW ROAD. WILLESDEN. LONDON. N.W.10 TELEPHONE WILLESDEN 1270 TELEGRAMS "TOGGLE, HARLES" CABLEGRAMS "TOGGLE, LONDON" 31st March, 1936 J.C.Bowering, Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., D E R B Y. Dear Mr. Bowering, I enclose, herewith, a complete set of our blue prints and specification list, showing general arrangement and details of the D.W.S. Hand Operated Hydraulic Jacks to be standardized on the Phantom 3 Rolls-Royce car. Will you be good enough to check over these drawings to ascertain if these are correct as far as your fitting is concerned, I have not, of course, included the details of the Reservoir Tank as the prints for this can be obtained from your drawing office. Perhaps it would be as well to have a set of these taken off and kept with the enclosed prints; this will then make a complete set for reference purposes. Will you please let me have a complete service set of Reservoir Tank blue print details. I shall be very glad if you will see that these blue prints do not in any way get into the wrong hands as, of course, it is not our usual practice to send detailed prints of our jacks to manufacturers. I shall probably be coming along to Derby on Friday morning to see Mr.Royce and will ask for you during my visit, in case there are any matters you would care to discuss. Yours very truly, Donald Sessions. Director. DWS/IKS | ||
