11 32. To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager}12/JH.17.6.39. EXHAUST SYSTEMS. Will you please remove the present Buick silencer from 30.G.VII. and fit the new one which Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} will supply. We also require a new Buick silencer making using stainless steel for the outer shell and the 3.00" dia. inner pipe. This silencer is to be fitted to the car and sent to France as a spare. For 11.B.V. car we require another silencer of Buick design, but of a larger outside dia. and 4.00" shorter in length. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G.
