BENTLEY FRONT AXLES

On examination of Front Axles GB.1164 recently fitted to B.23.AH. and the Bumper Chassis, it would appear that forgings are not being produced in accordance with detail drawings, insomuch as the section of metal in the triangular panels at either end of the horizontal section of the axle beam(see Section KK.GB89)is only .325" instead of .750", as shewn on attached blueprint.

Will you kindly look into the matter as similar axles are new in course of manufacture for production.
