Re: R.{Sir Henry Royce} A.{Mr Adams} Burrows, Esq. - Chassis No. 49-G-9.
(20/h.p.)

St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} called upon this customer recently and the following is an extract from his report:-

" The owner remarked upon the difficulty of getting at "the oil pump owing to the failure of the pump; upon one "occasion it was necessary to remove the release valve "which, owing to the absence of any other provision nec- "essitated the removal of the underscreen, a job which "occupied some time."

Will you please let me know if you have anything to suggest in this connection to obviate the trouble to which the customer was put on this occasion.

BJ/Py.
