HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} ORIGINAL DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}3/M12.9.27. PHANTOM CLUTCH & FLYWHEEL. X8300 On LeC. 2394., the original design for a serrated coupling in the clutch, a lightened flywheel is shewn. As this coupling was proposed for the next 10,000 miles car it is possible it has been made and tried. If so, it would be of interest to us to know whether it was satisfactory from the point of view of energy.
