Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham.

In reply to your letter of 31st July, this Factory will not be closed at any time during the month of August, except on Saturday afternoons. The Scottish holiday which corresponds with the English August Bank holiday occurs in the month of July.

Although the undersigned will be absent until 20th August, our Works Manager will only be too happy to see you and show you the Factory, should you find it convenient to call.

At the same time our Chairman, Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} A.{Mr Adams} Holmes, will be at Inchinnan practically continually during the next fourteen days.
