Messrs. J. {Mr Johnson W.M.} & E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Hall,
Dartford,
Kent.

Dear Sirs,

We are considering the installation of a Cold Chamber at these Works for testing the cold starting characteristics of cars and aero engines.

We should require a chamber similar to the one you have erected recently at Messrs. Joseph Lucas Ltd, Birmingham, and should be glad to know the approximate cost of such a plant.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
