R.R. 403A (40 H) (SL 42 12-7-23). J.H., D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} EXPERIMENTAL REPORT. Expl. No. 9940 REF: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LCLC.11.23. To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to CJ. c. to RG.{Mr Rowledge} c. to Ba. c. to EY. E.A.C-3. We have had a short run on the first 40/50 HP. chassis fitted up with E.A.C3. pieces. It is fitted up to the original scheme in every particular. The effect of the brakes on the road is that the 'servo' is very effective on the rear brakes, but we get no braking on the front. We are modifying the leverages so as to reduce the power to the 'servo'. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
