Dear Sirs, We are returning to you under separate cover 3 Magnatex of your Petrol Filter Tumblers which have proved themselves defective on test. You will realise that at the rate at which these tumblers have been returned to you, the matter has now assumed serious proportions. As you are probably aware, Messrs. Bentone & Stone are making a filter similar to yours and appear to be able to get satisfactory tumblers as up to the present time we have had no trouble with them. We think it would be to our mutual advantage if you could send a representative down so that we might discuss exactly what steps have been taken to overcome the difficulty. Yours faithfully, | ||
