Copy From: LODGE PLUGS LIMITED Ref: BH/EW Rugby 26 May 1925 Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited. DERBY Dear Sirs, In reference to our interview with you yesterday, we beg to confirm having left with you 6 samples of our Model 200 detachable steatite plugs. In regard to your request for a further 2 dozen of these, we are sending you herewith 6 more samples of the Model 200. As regards the 1 1/2 dozen balance, these we propose to send you in our No.201, which is exactly the same as the 200 but with an open ended type body, which in our opinion will be more suitable to resist over-oiling than the Model 200. With these two different types before you you will have an opportunity of determining which suits your engine the best. We are having to make the Model 201 specially, but we hope to forward them to you in the course of a day or so. Assuring you of our best attention at all times, we remain, Yours faithfully, LODGE PLUGS LIMITED sgd. Bernard Hopps. Director. Enclo.
