We regret to note that dynamo brush springs are still not being satisfactorily assembled on dynamos, the springs usually being too long so that the bent portion clamping on the brush is too far over the brush bevel to correctly seat the brush on the commutator. We have seen some brush which are particularly bad in this respect.
