X.3564. LUCAS JUNCTION BOX - FUSE HOLDERS. X.2515

In view of Mr. Platford's note EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}14/F11.4.21, we suggest that the Elec. Design Dept. consider the adaptation of the R.R. design of fuse holder, in which copper wire fuses will be used in place of tin-lead, to the present Lucas junction box, and give instructions for a box to be modified in this respect in the Expl. Shop. We would then fix up the size of copper wire suitable for fuses and probably get this modification standardised without much loss of time.
