Roy{Sir Henry Royce} - We know nothing of the J.R. Shock Absorber Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} Bumpers. You will recollect it was suggested we should standardise J.R.Shock Absorbers on SPECTRECodename for Phantom III should the tests proceeding in France prove satisfactory, and conclude arrangements for their supply with the makers. I understand such tests are satisfactory, and we are proceeding to open up negotiations with the J.R.Shock Absorber Company - but before doing so should be glad if you will kindly confirm.
