CONDITIONS OF SALE. - All Lodge plugs are included in the Motor Trade Association's protected price list, and are offered and sold subject to that Association's conditions of sale and its penalties for price cutting. They are also subject to the Exhibition Bonds of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders Ltd., the British Cycle and Motor Cycle Manufacturers and Traders Union Ltd., and the Society of British Aircraft Constructors Ltd., and must not be exhibited at any exhibition without the written permission of the manufacturers. The acceptance of Lodge plugs, whether purchased direct from the manufacturers or not, will be deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.
