DESCRIPTION: Two crankshaft forgings. Make a test. Reduced cost of crankshaft forgings. Packard type balance weight shaft in .4 carbon.
PURPOSE: To reduce material cost by using .4 carbon steel. Saving £7.5.0 (see Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 2/R.19.11.37)
