RMY 272 Agents Copy Rolls Royce FB/EHP.00546 19th September,1938. Messrs. Dennis Bros, Ltd., Guildford, Surrey. Dear Sirs, We regret that there has been some hold up in getting down to the final decision as to whether we are able to supply bearings in AC.6. material, and we now have to inform you that nothing further is to be done by us in AC.6. material. This has definitely been ruled out by Rolls Royce, and High Duty Alloys, and we are now only able to supply bearings in AC.9 material. We look forward to hearing from you therefore that any bearings which we have on hand for your new Diesel Engine may be made in AC.9 material. Yours faithfully, For WELLWORTHY PISTON RINGS LTD., Technical Manager. | ||
